From the streets of New York Fumero’s iconic Table Series Logo began popping up on public spaces in 2006. Four years later, Fumero came out from the night shadows and debuted onto the gallery scene in 2010 with his original and distinctive approach to fine art illustration better known as fumeroism. Fumeroism combines the art forms of cartooning, graffiti, graphic design and caricature, and fuses them together to form this artist’s life long journey to create an entirely new representation for line, shape and color. People have asked, what is fumeroism? Fumeroism can be described as grafstract expressionism. The integrity of his grafstract illustrations have a unique quality that is easily recognizable. In the past 3 years Fumero has been steadily and progressively gaining momentum and notoriety for his street art, numerous gallery shows and mural events in NY, Art Basel Miami. In 2012 Fumero took his talents overseas and plans to continue going global to paint the colors of life on barren walls.
