Krista Bursey is a multi-disciplinary artist who explores various
mediums as a freelance artist painting, illustrating and tattooing. As
a fine artist she creates thematic series which are featured
internationally in solo and group exhibitions. She loves to travel to
leave behind giant paintings, most recently in Casablanca, Morocco in
an abandoned slaughter house turned art venue. In 2000, she created
More Than a Friend, a company that led to international success in
both design and fine art. In 2006 she co-founded the Parnell
Collective, a network of talented Canadian artists and designers
united for collaborative creation and exhibition. Currently as a full
time as a tattooist, she continues to explore her graphic design and
art background to the application into the skin and secretly enjoys
inflicting “good pain”. She hopes to initiate EnMasse tattoos in the
upcoming future as a further way to exercise collaboration on a more
permanent level…Krista has been a member of EN MASSE since 2009.
